What the form collects

The form requests your property address, city, ZIP code, ownership status, selling timeline, current agent agreement status, name, email, telephone number and request for follow-up.

Where your information goes

Submitting sends your answers to FormSubmit, a third-party form processor, which forwards them to the site operator’s designated inbox. The site does not maintain its own database of inquiries. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Email copies remain in the recipient's mailbox until deleted.

When you type at least five characters in the property-address field, the text entered may be sent to Photon, an OpenStreetMap-based geocoding service operated by Komoot, to return nearby address suggestions. Choosing a suggestion is optional; you can always continue with manual entry.

See FormSubmit's privacy terms and documentation. Its verification page may use reCAPTCHA and cookies. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which requires a browser request to that provider.

Site analytics and session recordings

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site—such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device and browser information—and to improve navigation and the inquiry experience. Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies and may create session recordings and heatmaps. Microsoft processes this information under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

The entire inquiry form is explicitly masked from Clarity recordings. Do not include financial account numbers, identification documents or other sensitive records in any site field.

How your request is used

The operator uses the answers to review your inquiry and contact you by email or telephone about the property. With the consent shown on the form, the operator may match and share the request with a local real estate professional who can contact you about the property. Submitting does not enroll you in recurring marketing text messages.
